My story
My interest in psychology grew from navigating my own life challenges, complex relationships, and a deep desire to understand and work with people. Even as a child, I was an observer, fascinated by the intricacies of the human mind and behavior. Throughout my journey, I encountered therapists who made me feel truly heard, seen, and understood—held in unconditional regard and care. Their support profoundly impacted my growth, and I knew that this is how I wanted others to feel in my therapy sessions, programs, and workshops
The Bhagavad Gita has been a profound source of inspiration for me, offering insights into the human condition that are as relevant today as they were thousands of years ago. I have also been trained in Psychological Insights of Bhagavad Gita. It taught me about resilience, self-awareness, and the importance of living a conscious, mindful life. At the same time, my training in Western psychological modalities equipped me with tools and techniques that are essential for navigating the complexities of the modern world.
I have worked in various individuals, institutes, organizations in providing therapy, mindfulness sessions, programs of Bhagavad Gita, Personality Development and much more.
I aim to guide people toward healthier, more fulfilling lifestyles. I have developed a holistic approach that integrates evidence-based psychological practices with mindfulness techniques.
